Most respondents ensure that the best advice is to wait. Other recommendations are negotiate down the price and the quality, look though the location of the house and save.
Broadly, citizens agree in pointing out that the best advice is to wait for a break of the crisis to buy a home and live meanwhile with rent. The reason is simply that prices will continue to fall throughout this year. Other passers estimate that before buying a house you should save, try to have a good job and a secure income from.
Other advice they give is to study well the existing supply and the location of the house. One interviewee noted that there owners who live in areas where they really did not want to live but who bought their cheaper housing. However, ensures that the end or repent, or you spend more money on transportation either by car or by bus.
Another recommendation offered by interviewees is looking good qualities of housing, especially with their work. “If you buy a new home, you have to negotiate good qualities and noticing that fulfill what has been signed,” adds a citizen.
